With the agenda system we rarely need for video. - Poor audio quality is BY FAR our biggest problem. This applies to both phone and vrvs sessions. At least in my view THIS IS THE PRIORITY ISSUE FOR WHICH A SOLUTION NEEDS TO BE FOUND. - Sometimes need large numbers of people connected (up to ~20) by audio. - Lack of operator cover in evenings can be a problem for phone conferences with the US (e.g. if people from outside need to reconnect). - Cost of phone calls is sometimes an issue for a few of our collaborators when we use phone conferences, but we generally find a solution. Cheers Nick
